What is the purpose of this blog?
The purpose of "Helping Eagles Soar!" is to serve as a forum in which Carolina Forest Elementary staff members can offer advice, ask questions, or post ideas that will provide assistance for working with at-risk students. Our goal is to help our CFE Eagles soar to the highest level possible!

This can be a great resource. I am having some problems with a couple of students who do not complete homework. (Of course, they are the ones that need it most!) I don't assign massive amounts either. It is frustrating. I already offer classroom money as a reward and make them walk part of their recess if they are missing assignments -- but for a few -- this hasn't done much to encourage them. Any suggestions.
